Good little mom and pop restaurant. Large portions. Very loud, so hard to have a conversation. The waitress was good, they were just slammed. Homemade cinnamon roll was delicious. Ate one tater tot, and tasted like old vegetable oil. The best price for coffee ever, at just $0.50 a cup for bottomless coffee.
Great customer service and a tasty food. When you walk in you seat yourself wherever it’s available. Food was delicious. As for the pancakes I would recommend ordering one to start with and then go from there because they are huge. I really like the fact that their food was not greasy at all. Our server Toni welcomed us with a smile. She was very attentive and professional. Overall a great experience. There isn’t a view of the lake from the restaurant but the lake is close by if you like to go for a walk/hike.
Very homey and small town feeling, food was good! If you are in the area it's worth the drive, lots of local people recommend this restaurant
We came here twice while on vacation visiting family. My 2 year old is autistic and extremely picky so he never eats at restaurants other than fast food chicken nuggets but he sure put away some breakfast both times! It was delicious as we haven’t had southern cooking in years.
Good customer service. We had Levi was our server friendly and fast service. Food was hot and it all had good flavor. I had the hot beef and my husband had the catfish dinner with ham and bean soup. My husband said the catfish was some of the best he's ever had and the ham and bean soup is the best he's ever had and he won't stop talking about it. Prices were reasonable. Definitely recommend this restaurant!!!
Our meals were excellent. Service not bad. Full house both times we have been there. Herein lies the problem, I watched on both occasions a staff member put new salad dressing on the one already there. Same with other items on there. Surely someone has a serve safe cert.
This place was amazing. Kind of in the middle of nowhere but not lol amazing food the service was great and the price was just right. Got lots of food. Would reccomend highly to visit if you have the chance. Worth every bit of the drive.
